Vibrations and Vulnerability

Our Movement Studio Asheville, NC

Nov 26, 2017 1:30 - 7:00PM

A visceral sense of community, intimacy and authentic expression.

A nonjudgmental, playful, and potent/powerful container.

A deep-dive journey into profound connection.

This very special day event consists of three parts. The first starts with some vocal improvisation immersed with facilitated deep connection experiences. Following that will be a first for us, something we call Emotional Em-body-ment: a musically guided movement journey lightly touching on our physical creativity and connection, while slowly revealing our joys and our fears. After a break, we will delve into each others worlds with a  connection flow by very special guest, Mark Boughton. The event concludes with group singing, sharing, and reflection.

There will be a dinner break at 5:00PM with vegetarian chili and bread for sale for $6 or you are welcome to bring your own.
